Tag Along Adventures
Inspiration, Connection, and Unforgettable Images
Let's Go!
ASP Tag Alongs are immersive photographic journeys designed for experienced photographers seeking more than just a beautiful location—they’re about creative renewal, artistic exchange, and the shared joy of seeing the world through a lens. These member-exclusive trips bring small groups of like-minded image-makers together in stunning destinations across the country.
Each Tag Along offers a carefully curated itinerary focused on light, form, and environment—whether you’re exploring sandstone gorges in New York, desert textures in the Southwest, or coastal light in the Pacific Northwest. You’ll shoot alongside fellow professionals who understand the nuance of craft and the thrill of creative breakthroughs. These aren’t structured workshops—there are no lectures or agendas. Instead, you’ll find time to experiment, reflect, share techniques, and leave with a refreshed perspective and powerful new work.
Golden hour shoots, spontaneous critiques, meaningful conversations, and the kind of camaraderie that only comes from creating together—Tag Alongs are where artistry meets adventure.

New York State
A Luxury River Cruise Through Europe’s Most Scenic Waterway
Join a photo adventure designed for experienced photographers seeking both inspiration and creative camaraderie. This immersive trip begins at the world-renowned Corning Museum of Glass, where light, form, and design set the tone for the artistic journey ahead. From there, we head to Watkins Glen State Park, the Ithaca region, and finish among the scenic beauty of the Finger Lakes—each stop offering new visual challenges and rewards.
At Watkins Glen, the gorge trail winds past sculpted sandstone, mossy walls, and over 19 waterfalls. The interplay of light and shadow through the narrow canyon offers endless compositional possibilities, from long-exposure waterfall studies to textural abstracts and moody environmental shots. You’ll be photographing alongside others who understand the patience required to wait for the perfect beam of light or the subtle nuance of adjusting filters for water blur.
In Ithaca, dramatic gorges, cascading falls like Buttermilk and Taughannock, and lush forest trails create a rich visual playground. Whether you’re drawn to sweeping wide angles, intimate nature scenes, or minimalist studies of rock and water, you’ll find both subject matter and inspiration here.
We’ll end at the Finger Lakes, capturing serene lakeshores, rolling vineyards, and the soft evening glow over tranquil waters. It’s the perfect final chapter in a journey that celebrates both place and perspective.
This is a collaborative trip—not a workshop—where ideas, tips, and critiques flow as freely as the waterfalls. Expect meaningful conversations about gear, process, and artistic direction. Share images, compare perspectives, and push each other to see more deeply and photograph more intentionally.
What to expect:
- Golden hour and blue hour shooting at key locations
- Ample time for hiking, exploring, and returning to favorite spots
- Shared meals, laughter, and the kind of connection only found among creatives
This isn’t just a trip—it’s a reset for your vision, surrounded by people who see the world through a similarly discerning lens. Come ready to make art, take risks, and walk away not only with stunning images, but with renewed creative momentum.
